Fantastic work from our Sports Leaders

On Monday 27 June, students from Medina College and Carisbrooke College supported the Partnership Education Attainment and Children’s Health (PEACH) programme in delivering a fun day of sports activities for over 30 primary schools and 300 students.

This included leading events such as tri golf, athletics, football, handball, boccia, archery and kurling. Throughout the day, teachers and organisers commented on the positive and motivational attitude of our leaders and were simply amazed at how they used their own knowledge and interest in sport to inspire the young students.

All leaders should be very proud of themselves as we, as a federation, absolutely are. As a result, both colleges will be helping out on more sports events throughout the summer term.
