9th October 2020

Dear VI Form Students and Parents,

My focus this week is on encouraging students to make good use of their time and maximise their learning during the term break. The two week half term should not be viewed as a ‘holiday’, but hopefully as a time to consolidate and review learning from the previous 6 weeks. Revision notes can be prepared and kept in an ordered manner, additional reading and research can be done to secure knowledge and fill any possible gaps. By using this time wisely, students give themselves the best chance of being successful.

My video briefings are below, please take a few moments to watch.

A quick reminder of an additional staff training day which is planned for Friday 16th October and that our two week half term starts on Monday 19th October, returning to lessons on Monday 2nd November.

Have a safe weekend.

Best regards,

Mr  Mumford
